The rules this caller follows

Only the serving side scores. The call is server's score – receiver's score – server number.
Doubles starts at 0-0-2: the first serving team gets one server, then it's a side out.
When the serving team wins a rally, they score and the server switches sides with their partner. Receivers never switch.
When the serving team loses a rally, the partner serves (server 2), or if server 2 already served, it's a side out. After a side out, the player in the right court serves first.
In singles the server serves from the right when their own score is even and from the left when it's odd.
Games go to the target, win by 2. Rally scoring (used by some leagues and pro events) is different and isn't handled here.
